TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Enrollment & Registration
Placement in classes is based on age, level, and instructor assessment.
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
2. Fees & Payment
Class fees are payable in advance (monthly as applicable).
Payments must be made by the 1st of each month to secure a place.
Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of classes.
Fees are non-transferable.
3. Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons with documentation).
Missed classes are not refundable.
The school may offer alternative classes at its discretion for any cancelled classes.
4. Attendance & Dress Code
Students should arrive on time, properly dressed, and ready for class. Please make sure Impact Dance Studios uniform is worn and hair in a bun for all classes.
No jewellery unless otherwise permitted.
Consistent attendance is encouraged for progress and safety
5. Health & Safety
Students/parents must inform the school of any medical conditions or injuries.
Participation is at the student’s own risk.
The school is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, except where caused by negligence.
6. Behaviour & Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and peers.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from class without refund.
7. Photography & Media
The school may take photos/videos for promotional purposes.
Consent will be requested upon registration; parents/students may opt out.
8. Cancellations & Closures
The school reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
Substitute teachers may be provided where necessary.
In the event of cancellation, alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.
9. Personal Belongings
The school is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Students are advised to keep valuables at home.
10. Termination of Enrollment
The school reserves the right to terminate enrollment for breach of these terms.
Students may withdraw with notice (notice period 1 month).
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The school reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Continued attendance constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
